Comprehensive Eye Exams

A comprehensive eye exam is the foundation for long-term vision and overall eye health. During this exam, we evaluate your prescription, eye teaming, focusing ability, and peripheral vision.

We also assess the health of the cornea, retina, optic nerve, and lens to screen for conditions such as dry eye, glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, and diabetic eye disease.

Early detection is key. Our advanced diagnostic technology allows us to identify eye health issues even before symptoms appear.

Contact Lens Exam and Fitting

A contact lens exam goes beyond a standard eye exam and includes precise measurements of the cornea to determine the best lens type for your eyes. We fit all major contact lens designs, including soft lenses, toric lenses for astigmatism, multifocals, and specialty lenses.

Your evaluation includes assessment of comfort, lens fit, oxygen needs, and overall eye health to support safe and successful contact lens wear. This is especially important for patients who experience irritation or dry eye symptoms.

Myopia Management (Nearsightedness Control)

Myopia is increasing rapidly in children and teens, and higher prescriptions are linked to a greater risk of retinal disease, early cataracts, and glaucoma later in life. Our myopia management program is designed to slow the progression of nearsightedness, not just correct vision.

We offer several clinically proven, evidence-based treatment options, including glasses, specialty contact lenses, and medical therapies tailored to each child.

Dry Eye Treatment

Burning, watering, fluctuating vision, redness, and gritty discomfort are common signs of dry eye disease. At True Eye Care, we diagnose dry eye using tear film analysis, meibomian gland imaging, and assessments of tear quality and inflammation.

Treatment options may include prescription therapies, in-office procedures, lifestyle modifications, and advanced lubrication options.
