This company is very organized. Scheduling was easy online but I could tell by listening to the front desk person that it was easy to call and schedule as well. Paperwork for the eye exam was online and also easy. The eye exam was not rushed as I'd had in other places and really felt listened to about the issues I was having. I then realized the selection of frames and lenses were quite well laid out and a good mix of styles. The person helping me pick out frames was knowledgable and very helpful in trying to find a style and material that fit my life. I would very much recommend them for all parts of the experience.

I don't even wear prescription eyewear, and these folks were a tremendous help - I had a pair of cheap readers that needed some basic repair (literally a missing screw!), and they very kindly addressed my problem and treated me like an actual, paying customer (even though they didn't charge me a cent) Super-friendly, professional, going above & beyond (even for a walk-in like me) - I can highly recommend this place based on the stellar customer service alone. Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lohmeyer and his staff. I’ve been a patient for five years. Always a pleasant check up experience. I recently experienced a corneal scratch. Painful and disorienting. His team was extremely helpful in working me in for the emergency appointment. Dr. Lohmeyer has a very reassuring bedside manner in an emergency. He diagnosed and treated the situation quickly. I could not be more appreciative.

I really enjoyed my doctor and the staff. My doctor actually took the time to tell me in detail what was wrong with my eyes and how we could easily correct my vision. The gentleman who helped me pick out my lenses spend a lot of time describing what my options were as a veteran and how they could help. Everyone seems very relaxing and happy to be there which made it Comfortable for me to ask questions. I was very lucky to find this business and will continue to go to them
